Great news! Patients across Ontario can now access their diagnostic imaging records from Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) via PocketHealth.

Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) is a 34-bed health care facility located in Trent Hills. It serves approximately 30,000 Northumberland, Peterborough and Hastings County residents, as well as a large seasonal population of cottagers and tourists enjoying the beautiful Kawartha Lakes Region and the Trent River System.

As the only hospital located between Belleville and Peterborough, Ontario, CMH provides a comprehensive array of acute care services. The Hospital’s 24-hour Emergency Department has approximately 20,000 visits each year.

Starting today, CMH patients can visit pocket.health/CAMPBELLFORD, enroll for online access and receive access to their diagnostic-quality imaging records within minutes.

Once patients receive access, their imaging history from Campbellford Memorial Hospital is stored permanently in their account for future access. Patients can also add imaging records from over 500 other PocketHealth-enabled clinics/hospitals across North America. If they wish to share with their specialist or another healthcare facility, they can share their diagnostic-quality (DICOM) imaging via email, fax, printing off a  page with a secure link, or even burning their own CD directly from their account.

Physicians that receive imaging from their patients can view the imaging shared with them using a powerful, Health Canada-certified viewer right from their web browser, without any software required.

Patients can learn more by visiting pocket.health/CAMPBELLFORD, reading through the PocketHealth Patient FAQ or contacting PocketHealth Patient Support at [email protected].

Campbellford Memorial Hospital joins over 500 other hospitals, clinics and mobile imaging sites across North America that have deployed the PocketHealth platform for their patients.
