For patients, the process to request and access your imaging record on PocketHealth is simple:
- Visit a PocketHealth connected imaging centre. After you’re done with your scan, you can request your records at www.pockethealth.com/request .
- Based on the policy of the imaging center or hospital you are visiting, you may also be able to securely request your record via an online PocketHealth form on your imaging center’s website.
- Once your exam has been finalized, you will receive an email with a secure link to your imaging record.
- Click on the link, confirm your identity, and create your account.
- Choose between PocketHealth Lite transfer or a PocketHealth Connect membership and enter in your payment details.
- Access and share your imaging records! They will be available on your account at pockethealth.com from any device with an internet connection, anywhere in the world.
Your records will be securely and permanently stored on PocketHealth.com. Additional records from any facility that you have already requested from will automatically appear in your account and you will be notified when they are available
