To manage your PocketHealth subscription, follow the steps below.
- Upgrade Plan: Sign in, scroll to Subscription, and choose Core or Unlimited.
- Renew: Your subscription is defaulted to an Auto-Renewal setting. You can sign in to toggle it off anytime.
- Cancel: Sign in, go to Subscription, select Cancel, and follow the prompts. You can keep requesting records via our free Basic plan.
- Delete Account: Sign in, scroll to Delete Account. Follow the prompts to complete deletion. This permanently deletes all your information and prior imaging transfers.
