New Support Options Now Available for Patients

Great news! A brand new Help Centre is now live for patients within their PocketHealth account.

From the Help Centre, which can be found by clicking on the “?” icon on the top right of your page (or by clicking here), you can find answers to a broad set of questions including how to enroll for access at a new clinic/hospital, how to share records with your physician, why you may not have received access to your imaging records yet, and much more!

If you can’t find the answer to your question, on the left hand of your page you can also find contact information to reach our Patient Experience Team, either via telephone or via email. Please feel free to reach out at any time and a Patient Experience Representative will be happy to help.

Empathetic, timely patient support is at the heart of PocketHealth, and we know that you may need answers or a resolution to your issue quickly.
