As soon as your hospital or imaging centre has finalized your recent imaging exam and approved it for release, it will automatically appear in your PocketHealth account.
If this is your first time receiving imaging from a specific hospital or imaging centre, you will need to provide them with consent to release your records. Once consent is provided, within minutes, you'll receive an email that all historical exams have been added to your account. If you have an extensive imaging history, this may take up to 48 hours.
Recent exams may take longer to appear on your account, depending on the hospital or imaging centre’s release process. For example, some hospitals and imaging centres place temporary holds on new imaging before releasing to patients, typically to give the radiologist time to finalize and approve your report. Depending on the site, this hold can last anywhere from 48 hours to two weeks.
*For eligible patients in select regions.
**Available on select CT, MRI and X-ray records for patients aged 18 and older.
