“No acute osseous findings” means that a bone scan shows no bone abnormalities that would explain the patient’s symptoms or that there were no bone abnormalities seen on the scan at all. A radiologist may use this phrase on a report or when communicating imaging results on a scan involving a bone or bone structures.
