About PocketHealth

  • What is PocketHealth?

PocketHealth gives you secure, online access to your medical imaging records so you can view, share and better understand your results anytime, from any device.

  • How does PocketHealth work?

PocketHealth connects directly with hospitals and imaging centers to give you fast, secure access to your medical imaging records.

When you submit an online request for your records, you’ll be asked to:

    • Choose your access plan (including a free option)
    • Create your account and set a password

Once your records are ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to access them. From there, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity before viewing your imaging records.

Depending on your plan, you can view, download, or share your records with your care team anytime.

Note: Free (Basic) plan users can download records from a desktop, but viewing directly within the platform is not supported.

  • What type of records can I request?

You can request any type of medical imaging record through PocketHealth, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds and mammograms. Your records will include both the images and the radiologist’s report, when available.

  • How is my personal information protected?

PocketHealth takes your privacy seriously. We follow industry-leading security practices, including the same encryption standards used by banks and governments. We comply with applicable provincial and federal privacy laws (such as PHIPA in Ontario) and are SOC 2-certified, meaning our systems are independently audited for security, confidentiality and availability. Access to your records is protected by your login credentials, and our Patient Experience team verifies account ownership before assisting with any support inquiries.
