  • How can I change my credit card on file?

    At this time, you cannot change the credit card on file while your subscription is active.

    Once your current subscription ends, you will be able to add a new card to your account for future renewals.

  • How can I change my email address?

    To change the email address on your PocketHealth account, log in to your account at pocket.health/account.

    In your account settings, find the Account email section and select Change. Follow the on screen steps to update and confirm your new email address.

  • How do I reset my PocketHealth password?

    Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to securely reset your password.

  • How can I manage my subscription?

    To manage your PocketHealth subscription, follow the steps below.

    • Upgrade Plan: Sign in, scroll to Subscription, and choose Core or Unlimited.
    • Renew: Your subscription is defaulted to an Auto-Renewal setting. You can sign in to toggle it off anytime.
    • Cancel: Sign in, go to Subscription, select Cancel, and follow the prompts. You can keep requesting records via our free Basic plan.
    • Delete Account: Sign in, scroll to Delete Account. Follow the prompts to complete deletion. This permanently deletes all your information and prior imaging transfers.

  • How do I delete my imaging records or permanently close my PocketHealth account?

    You can delete your entire PocketHealth account at any time in your account settings. If you’d like to remove specific imaging from your account, please email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Our team will verify your identity before completing the deletion.
