Sharing Records

  • How do I send my imaging records to my doctor or another provider?

To send your imaging records to your doctor or anyone you would like to involve in your circle of care, please login and click the blue Share button.

If you are the only person on your account, all available records will be included by default. If you’d like to share only specific exams, click Modify and select the records you want to include.

Sharing options vary by subscription plan. Basic members can share records by fax or download them to their computer to burn onto a CD or save to a USB. Core and Unlimited members include these options, plus the ability to email a secure link or print an Access Page.

Recipients do not need a PocketHealth account or any special software. They can securely view and download your imaging in full diagnostic quality directly from their browser.

For privacy and security, fax shares and printed Access Pages expire after 30 days. If a share expires, you can resend it at any time. If you’ve had new imaging completed since your last share, you’ll need to share your records again to include those new exams.

If you prefer, you can also download your records from your account and bring them to your appointment on a CD or USB.

  • How can I check the status of a record I’ve shared?

You can view and manage your shares from the Share History section in your account.

To do this, sign in and select Share History from the left sidebar. There, you will see a detailed history of how you have shared your records, including status logs and options to resend or revoke access to your imaging at any time.
