From the North (Thruway Exit 44)
1. Take 332 South (the Thruway toll booth leads directly onto Rt. 332S) all the way into Canandaigua. (It is approximately 8 miles) Rt 332 becomes Main Street
2. Follow the Hospital signs to Parrish Street, where you will turn right
3. Continue to the hospital, which will be on your right

From the West (an alternative to the Thruway from the North)
1. Take either Route 64 South (from Pittsford/Mendon) or 444 South (from Victor) until you reach Routes 5&20
2. Turn left on 5&20, proceed until the road forks (several miles)
3. Take the right hand fork
4. Turn left at the first traffic light (Bristol Street)
5. Take your first right onto West Street. Proceed to the stop sign and take a left on to Parrish St. enter the hospital parking area on your left

From the South
1. Take Route 21 North until you cross Routes 5 & 20
2. Proceed one block past the traffic light; turn right onto West Street
3. Proceed to the stop sign and take a left on to Parrish St. Enter the hospital parking area on your left

From the East
1. Take Route 5&20 West until you cross Main Street (Rt 333) in Canandaigua. This is a multi-lane intersection
2. Cross Main Street, proceed up the hill, taking a right at the traffic light on to Middle Cheshire Road
3. At the stop sign, take a right the hospital parking area is just up the road on your left
