- Give us a call, toll-free, on our patient support line (1-855-381-8522) or send us an email at [email protected]. A PocketHealth representative will provide you with a temporary financial assistance plan to access your records.
- Sign up for PocketHealth and the Financial Assistance Plan will automatically be applied. If you are already signed up it will be applied to your account when you log in.
- Easily access, view, share and download your imaging records anywhere, anytime.
