Upgrading my account
To upgrade your account, visit https://www.pocket.health/account. Sign in to your account and then scroll down to the ‘Subscription’ section and choose between our ‘Unlimited’ annual membership and our ‘Flex’ monthly membership.
Renewing my membership
To renew your membership, visit https://www.pocket.health/account. Sign in to your account and then scroll down to the ‘Subscription’ section and do the following:
1) If your membership has expired, choose between our ‘Unlimited’ annual membership and our ‘Flex’ monthly membership.
2) If your Flex or Unlimited membership is active, ensure that the ‘Auto Renewal’ button is toggled on. This will ensure that your membership is renewed at the end of the expiry date.
Canceling my membership
To cancel your account, visit https://www.pocket.health/account. Sign in to your account and then scroll down to the ‘Subscription’ section and ensure that the ‘Auto Renewal’ button is toggled off. This will ensure that your Flex or Unlimited membership is not renewed at the end of the expiry date. After canceling your membership, you can continue to request records until your membership expires.
Note: Your existing records will be stored on PocketHealth in full diagnostic quality and you will be able to view, share and download these records without an active membership, forever.
